Chamber oven

A “TS” convection oven is used for drying, curing, powder coating, shrinking, and preheating. Convection ovens are designed to circulate hot air within the oven to ensure uniform temperature distribution, making them suitable for various thermal processes, including the ones mentioned. These ovens are commonly used in industrial settings for these purposes.

Material

The ovens are constructed with an energy-efficient wall structure made of iron or stainless steel. The material for the oven chamber is chosen specifically for each oven’s temperature and product range. They are insulated with stone wool or superwool to minimize heat loss. This insulation helps in achieving energy efficiency by reducing heat loss from the oven.

Heating

Heating is provided by a heating fan located on the oven’s roof, which ensures rapid heating within the oven and maintains a good temperature uniformity.

Control

Temperature is typically regulated using the Eurotherm controller as a standard. The control panel is designed to provide the best overview and easy temperature management.

To enhance the functionality of the system, you can choose from various optional features, including:
