A “Transportörugn” is a convection oven used for hardening, annealing, and stress relieving.

Material
The oven is constructed with an energy-efficient wall structure made of steel, sheet metal, or stainless steel. The material for the oven chamber is chosen specifically for each oven’s temperature and product range. It is insulated with stone wool or superwool to minimize heat loss.
Heating Example
The heating in this oven, for example, can be achieved using Kanthal heating elements placed on the side walls.
Control
The temperature in the conveyor oven is typically regulated as a standard with the Eurotherm controller. The control panel is designed to provide the best overview and easy temperature management.
Optional Features
To enhance the functionality of the conveyor oven, you can choose from various optional features, including:
- PLC control
- Cooling fan
- Gas heating
- Maximum temperature of 1250°C
