A “Konvektionsugn” is a convection oven used for drying, curing, powder coating, shrinking, and preheating.

Material

The oven is constructed with an energy-efficient wall structure made of iron or stainless steel. The material for the oven chamber is specifically chosen for each oven’s temperature and product range. This drying oven is insulated with stone wool or superwool to minimize heat loss, making it energy-efficient and effective.

Heating

An overhead heating fan provides efficient heating of the oven. The placement of the fans in the oven’s roof also ensures good temperature uniformity.

Control of a Drying Oven

The temperature is controlled as a standard with the Eurotherm controller. The control panel is designed to provide the best overview and easy temperature management within the oven.
