A “Konvektionsugn” is a Oven that is excellent for tempering, shrinking, preheating, annealing, and stress relieving.
Material
The Oven is constructed with an energy-efficient wall structure made of steel plate. The trolley furnace is easy to maintain due to its design. The material for the furnace chamber is specifically chosen for each oven’s temperature and product range. This trolley oven is insulated with stone wool or super wool to minimize heat loss within the furnace.
Heating of a Trolley Oven
The Oven is equipped with two heating fans located on the roof, providing rapid heating and excellent temperature uniformity. With an oven, your company’s production is streamlined, and with an energy-efficient, high-quality oven, you save energy.
Control
The temperature in the Trolley Oven is typically regulated as a standard with the Eurotherm controller. The control panel is designed to provide the best overview and easy temperature management within the furnace.
