A “Konvektionsugn” is a tunnel oven designed for drying, curing, powder coating, plastic manufacturing, shrinking, and preheating.
Material
The oven is constructed with an energy-efficient wall structure made of steel and sheet metal. The material for the oven chamber is chosen specifically for each oven’s intended use. The oven is designed based on the requirements for temperature and product range. The oven is insulated with stone wool or super wool to minimize heat loss, making it efficient and energy-efficient.
Heating
The tunnel oven is heated by two powerful heating fans. These heating fans are located on the oven’s roof, providing rapid heating and excellent temperature uniformity throughout the tunnel oven.
Control
The temperature in the oven is typically regulated as a standard with the Eurotherm controller. The control panel is designed to provide the best overview and easy temperature management within the furnace.

To enhance the functionality of a oven, you can choose from various optional features, including:

- Cooling fan
- Gas heating
- Temperature control with a maximum temperature limit
